As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) specialized in Biotech Start-ups where he helped grow from 10 employees to over 100 person Company working closely with the CFOs planning & forecasting to raise over $100 Million in investments before his exit from the Corporate Industry.

This experience has helped Dayton join the real estate industry with a bang by leveraging his corporate expertise in Business, Marketing & Tax to advise his clients. In Dayton’s 1st seven months in Real Estate he achieved the Executive Award & Team Titan Award to become one of the Top Producing Teams in West Vancouver. 

Now on his 5th year in the Real Estate Industry, he is just getting started.
