Being born and raised in the greater Vancouver area, Ben Shum has worked many years as a technician in the automotive industry. This industry required a high level of attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex technical problems. Having these skillsets allow Ben to be able to quickly identify foreseeable issues and being able to strategize solutions, making it applicable to the daily interactions of a Realtor.

Growing up, Ben has relocated homes many times and was always fascinated by the process of purchase and selling of Real Estate. As a result, this has led him to switch careers in 2019 to pursue a career path that has always intrigued him. With Ben’s passion and eye for Real Estate, his number one priority is to achieve the best possible outcome for all his clients and to ensure that every interaction is not just a transaction. Working with Ben will provide his clients with an exciting and stress-free process, while also building a lasting relationship with his clients.

In his free time, Ben enjoys doing outdoor activities such as snowboarding, golfing, hiking, fishing, and camping. Aside from that, Ben also enjoys travelling around the world and seeing all the beautiful architects that every country has to offer.
