Appliance Maintains Guide

Please do not use high power-consuming appliances at the same time — appliances overloading the power source. Every problem caused by the action of the tenant, the tenant liability for it

Laundry Machine & Dryer

• Inspect the hose: Check the hose has a crack or bulges regularly
• Don’t overload it: our recommendation is 1/2~3/4 full
• Use the right detergent
• Use the right amount of detergent: Especially for the drum machine, lots of detergents can be caused by a problem.
• Clean the interior and dispenser regularly
• Leave the door after you use it: It will help the smell problem
• Don’t leave clean laundry in the machine
• Clean the lint screen after you use

Freezer

• Please check temperature control setting
• Zero degrees (or even lower) is the best temp for long-term frozen food storage
• Keeping the freezer nearly empty
• When you feel freezer do not work correctly;
• You can check condenser coils are clean or dirty. If you can clean it, the performance will be way better.
• If you can see the frost building up on the back wall of the freezer, it would be one problem. It would restrict the airflow through the evaporator coils and prevent proper cooling. If you can, you can remove whole foods from your freezer and plug out, open the door for almost one day. It will melt out naturally. This one also can help the freezer’s performance.

Dish Washer

• Do not leave too much food on plates
• Cleaning out the filter; prevent smell and draining problem
• Use the right detergent and Linse aid
• Does your soap dispenser not open?;
• The dispenser may be blocked. Check and remove a tall plate/board in front of the soap dispenser.

Oven

• For best results, use the center rack when baking and cooking, unless your recipe specifies otherwise.
• Skip the foil on the oven floor, and use a cookie sheet or baking dish to catch spills.
• Unplugged Oven before cleaning
• Deep clean the grates
• Check the door gasket at least once a month to make sure that there’s no damage.

Garburator

• Do not overfill the garbage disposal.
• Try to use garburator regularly and often.
• Add hot water if you use garburator for the sticky disposal
