In fact, she was the region’s first female, Korean Managing Broker and her experience includes both providing comprehensive service to her local and international clients, as well as supervising the work of a team of commercial agents. Angela has brokered large-scale and complex investment deals in a full range of asset classes, including development land, shopping malls, hotel,  industrial, office and multifamily properties. Her specialty is identifying off-market sale opportunities for owner occupiers, private investors and large institutions. She attributes her very successful track record to sharp analytical skills, a deep knowledge of the market and transaction process, strong relationships with industry professionals, a keen understanding of the Asia Pacific marketing, and an undivided dedication to her clients’ objectives. Not surprisingly, Angela enjoys a high-level of repeat business within the industry. On her own time, Angela is involved in a wide range of charitable and volunteer activities including Guru Nanak’s Free Kitchen, Aboriginal Mother Centre and Rotary Club of Vancouver Fraserview (Paul Harris Fellow).
